Please note that we require a minimum of 24 hours if you want to cancel or reschedule a lesson. That way, we can open a spot for another student and respect our instructors' time.

For lessons canceled with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a late cancellation fee equal to the price of one lesson. This cost helps our instructors receive payment for their time reserved.

Failure to appear at a scheduled lesson without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and you'll be charged a cancellation in the amount of the lesson fee.

We highly recommend rescheduling rather than canceling your classes. Lessons may be rescheduled without penalty to the student's account if we receive at least 24 hours notice. A charge will be made to the account of the student who provides less than 24 hours notice.

In medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. If valid documentation is provided, we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.

If you will be away for a prolonged period, like a vacation or a business trip, let us know in advance. We can discuss possible lesson holds that would prevent you from losing your spot or being charged for classes you won't attend.

In rare instances when an instructor is sick or has to cancel the lesson due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make every reasonable effort to find a substitute instructor or reschedule the lesson at a mutually convenient time. There will be no additional charge for classes canceled by DanSwim instructors.

Refunds on eligible canceled lessons will be processed to your preferred account within 14 business days.

If you wish to cancel your studying package before taking all the lessons, we will provide a prorated refund based on the number of unused lessons. The refunded amount is calculated by subtracting the number of used lessons at the single lesson rate from the total package price. All bank or transaction fees incurred during the initial payment or the refund process will be deducted from the amount refunded.
