DanSwim Refund Policy
At DanSwim, we strive to make your swimming journey enjoyable and seamless. Here’s how we handle refunds, cancellations, and credits to keep everything transparent and fair. By purchasing any service or product from DanSwim, you agree to the terms outlined below.
  • When You Can Get a Refund
    • Refunds are available for unused lessons or services purchased directly from DanSwim.
    • To request a refund, email us at danswimcoach@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase.
    • Lessons or services already used or attended cannot be refunded.
  • Non-Refundable Items
    • Registration fees.
    • Discounted or promotional packages.
    • Digital products (like e-books or videos) once accessed or downloaded.
  • How Long It Takes
    Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval and sent back to your original payment method. Keep in mind that bank delays may occur.
What We’re Not Responsible For
We can’t cover extra costs or damages caused by canceled or rescheduled lessons.
Refunds are capped at the original payment amount for the lesson or service.
