Our secure scheduling requires a full payment before your event. It protects lifeguards and clients from last-minute cancelations and simplifies our scheduling processes. Rush fee applies if you book less than 72 hours before your pool party.

Refund policy

Rush fee

Rush fee applies if you book our lifeguard services with less than 72 hours' notice. It covers quick booking, and ensures that our lifeguards can arrive at your door at the time and day that you request.

Changes to your booking

Rescheduling is available with no less than a week's notice before your scheduled service date. Failure to notify us on time will result in a late notice penalty. This ensure the quality of our services & the ability to secure a particular date for our clients.
