Everything You Need In One Week To Get Comfartable With Open Water Swimming (How their swim skills improve)
Open Water
25-yard indoor pool at Pierce Country Day Camp in Roslyn, NY (water around 78°F, plenty of deck space, showers, lockers, and on-site parking).
Dryland Training
45-minute dryland session before each swim where you learn which muscle groups matter most for faster, easier swimming: core, hips, shoulders, and back. Simple strength and mobility work you can repeat at home to keep improving between training sessions.
In-water work
One focused 2-hour session each day (10:00 AM–12:00 AM). Freestyle and backstroke technique, not just “hard sets,” with underwater and above-water video for every swimmer.
Coaching approach
Video-driven corrections on deck plus specific drills prescribed to each swimmer based on what shows up on camera. The goal is clear, actionable feedback so you leave knowing exactly what to work on, in and out of the pool.
Acommadation In Turkey (let's tell where they will live)
Rooms. Single or double occupancy in King or 2‑Queen rooms with comfortable beds and a dedicated work area.
In-room amenities. Bed, desk, shower, TV, air conditioning, hair dryer, toiletries, and complimentary Wi‑Fi.
Pool & fitness. Indoor pool and fitness center available for light workouts or recovery after training.

We swam through history, explored wild coastlines, and mapped out routes known only to a few. Now we’re opening these discoveries to you. This isn’t a camp where organizers watch from the shore — we swim beside you, guide you, and share the thrill of every new stretch of water.

No. You don’t need to be fast at all – the whole point of this weekend is to help you become a better version of yourself in the water, whatever your starting point is.
All levels are welcome, from confident beginners to advanced swimmers and triathletes. By keeping groups small and focusing on technique, the goal is that you leave as a clearly better swimmer than when you arrived.
You can absolutely come alone, or you can bring a swim‑buddy and both join the camp; if you share a room with your friend, family, partner you’ll save on the total cost of accommodation.
Yes. You can share your hotel room with a non‑swimming partner or friend. If they’d like to join the group for the escape room, dinner, or the recovery session, just let us know in advance and we’ll add their activity fee to your booking.
Bring a swimsuit, goggles, a comfortable pair of fins, a towel, and flip flops for the pool deck and showers. If you have a snorkel or favorite training toys, you’re welcome to bring those too.
All bookings include a non‑refundable deposit; the remaining balance is refundable up to 20 days before the retreat, and inside 20 days payments are non‑refundable but can be credited toward a future camp or transferred to swim lessons @ danswim
